Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, revision, and maintenance of curricula and programs to ensure they meet compliance standards.
- Engage in the organization and management of academic activities, including class schedules, course loads, as well as course selections, and etc.
- Aid in addressing any concerns that may arise between faculty and students in relation to the educational experience.
- Contribute to the development of essential educational documents necessary for accreditation and certification.
- Take part in both internal and external educational audits.
- Evaluate and propose enhancements to elevate the quality of education.
- Oversee and manage the educational process utilizing electronic management systems (such as LMS).
Requirements:
- Higher education (in the field of Educational Management, Pedagogy, Humanities or other relevant fields);
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in educational processes and the organization of higher education systems
- Ability to work with educational documents and normative legal acts;
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani and English languages (knowledge of Russian is desirable);
- Analytical, planning and reporting skills;
- Teamwork and effective communication skills.
Language and computer skills:
- Azerbaijani: Fluent; English: Fluent; Russian: preferable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

- Copy of higher education diploma;
