Bachelors admitted to the National Aviation Academy after registration on portal.edu.az platform from 11:00 on 9 July to 18:00 on 18 July and entering the created cabinet, should choose "Registration of students in higher and secondary special educational institutions" among the provided services.
Note:
When registering online, it is required to upload to www.portal.edu.az only an electronic copy of the education document (for graduates of the current year - certificate of graduation from the relevant educational institution, and for graduates of previous years - diploma), as well as an electronic copy of the enrolment certificate of the conscript of the State Service for Mobilisation and Recruitment for Military Service or military card, as well as e-copies of supporting documents in the case of applicants for a tuition discount or scholarship.
The institution directs those entering the Master's programme on a fee basis to make payment after registration on the portal. Payment is made electronically through the State Payment Portal (https://gpp.az//). The tuition fee for the current year must be paid in full. Payment for the following year must be made before the start of the relevant term.
After online registration, students must send e-copies of the documents stated below to akazimova@naa.edu.az:
- A document on education (certificate of completion of a Bachelor's degree, diploma);
- Certificate of initial military registration or military ID of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription;
- An identity document (an identity card for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, temporary residence permits in Azerbaijan for foreign citizens or a foreign passport);
- A 3x4 photograph;
- Resume (it is also necessary to indicate the phone number of the student and parents, as well as the student's email address);
- Receipt of payment for those who entered on a paid basis.
