The specialty of Radio and Telecommunications Engineering – 050636 involves training of specialists in aerospace technology, as well as in projecting, manufacture and maintenance of radio electronic equipment in all industries.

The Bachelor degree as part of this specialty is carried out in 2 directions - Radio Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering.

Students of the specialty of Radio and Telecommunications Engineering, as a result of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, are formed as highly qualified specialists in projecting, manufacture and technical operation of electrical, electronic and radio equipment of aviation and rocket and space technology, onboard and ground control, transmission and reception satellite, radar and antenna systems of aircraft and spacecraft.

Graduates, who have successfully complete this specialty with a wide engineering profile will have the opportunity to work in managerial positions and in such professions as radio engineer, design engineer, electronic engineer and software engineer, both in aerospace and in various industries, including transport energy, oil and gas industry, in the production of electronics for general-and special purposes, as well as the operation of complex electronic control systems for power stations.
