Official duties:

• The Registration Dispatcher shall register the flight personnel undergoing training in the PTC and the persons attending this Centre.
• The Registration Dispatcher together with the Engineer for Planning, Organisation and Support of the Training Process makes a report on the time of simulator training sessions in the Pilot Training Centre (PTC).
• The Registration Dispatcher controls the execution of simulator training sessions in this Centre pursuant to the plans.
• The Registration Dispatcher notifies the management if the use of the simulator is impossible due to technical reasons, contacts the responsible person of the company where the training is scheduled and informs about the change to occur in time. Ensures that changes are accurately recorded on the computer.
• Draws up documents pursuant to current standards.

Computer skills:

Fluency in MS Office.
